Forbidden content

Uploading any of the following materials is strictly prohibited:

• Content that is libelous, defamatory, promotes hatred, violence, racism or discrimination.
• Content that promotes or supports terrorism.
• Copyrighted content, without permission of the content's copyright holders in appropriate form.
• Any other content that is prohibited by German law or the laws in the jurisdiction of uploading user.

Users are strictly prohibited from spamming with the use of our service, including, but not limited to, sending unsolicited emails, or posting download links in forums, blog comments and newsgroups that they are not allowed to by either the forum/blog/newsgroup owners, Terms of Service, or applicable laws.

ZeroWaitingTime.com services are intended for humans, not robots. Users are not allowed to use any automated tools to repeatedly and frequently access, upload or download many files, causing excess bandwidth and server usage. Use of search engine spiders, download managers and other tools which support normal use of our services is allowed.

Users hereby agree that any prohibited content, when discovered by site administrators, will be permanently deleted. If ZeroWaitingTime.com is charged any penalties for hosting unlawful content uploaded by any of its users, or for spam performed by any of its users, we reserve the right to recover the losses from the offending user by any means permitted by law.

ZeroWaitingTime.com offers its service for free to all users. Therefore, no guarantee is made that the service will be performed in uninterrupted fashion; however the site administrators will make every effort to do so. You are using our service at your own risk; ZeroWaitingTime.com is not responsible for any damages and losses incurred by using our service, resulting from any service outages, technical problems and other accidents. Users hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims resulting from the use of our service.

We reserve the right to put limits on the number of possible uploads and downloads, as well as the number of days when uploaded files are available. We reserve the right to change the limits at any time.
